Our Process

We recognize how busy your staff is, so we work hard to minimize client time commitment while we gather adequate information to perform the diagnostics that enable us to develop substantive and cost effective recommendations. Our process unfolds as follows:

  • Gather statements for each of your telecommunication services to gain knowledge of your costs and systems.
  • Discuss with appropriate personnel the current system's structure and its positive and negative characteristics.
  • Discuss with the same personnel the current needs and perceived upgrades or improvements to include disaster recovery options.
  • If needed, develop re-engineering recommendations to improve system efficiency, and bid out telecommunications services to qualified carriers in your area.
  • Submit and review our proposal with any desirable equipment and a recommended carrier, based upon cost commensurate with quality service.
  • Assist the client in final decision making.
  • Begin implementation of the final decision with a focus on minimizing disruption in the work environment.
  • Implement immediate-response remote desktop support system, avoiding, in most cases, the need for site visits.
  • Continue the client relationship with quarterly statement reviews to find new opportunities or discrepancies.
